CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ⭐️⚽️ Avery & Lauren are sisters that have been training with me for one whole year! Time flies when you’re playing soccer 😁 it’s been so fun seeing their progress this past year. They come every session ready to work and the results show on the field. Thank you Avery & Lauren for being great soccer players- and more importantly- great human beings!! Apple Cup 🍎 These girls had their first tourney as a team this weekend and they came to play! Couldn’t be more proud of the grit, hard work, and resilience they showed throughout the weekend. They are taking everything in and actually trying to play soccer! I think I got more excited about the drop passes, switching the field, and relentless defense than the actual goals (even though those were beautiful too!)

If you train with me- we’re working on explosiveness, speed and footwork!! She’s gotten used to all of the quirky things I make her do— plus, it helps a ton with athleticism and injury prevention. Stay jumpy 💥⚽️

TRI-SPORT CAMP 2025 😁⚽️🎾 I realized all of the videos I took during camp are not of the actual drills we did- BUT- I think they came out pretty good. These kids could all have their own podcasts with the amount of stories and jokes I heard. One of my favorite parts of camp was lunch time- because that’s when I got to know all of these wonderful athletes!! There’s also no better feeling than working with your husband and best friend @mb_racquets_academy ❤️

And that’s a wrap on training for January!! 🥳🤩 This month was filled with new faces, indoor clinics, and lots of girls working hard in 1on1 sessions. It’s pretty cool to see the growth of Assist4Her, and January has made me excited for the rest of the year!! The dedication of all these ladies has been great to see 🫶

2024 🫶⚽️✨ these girls rule the world!! 2024 was the start of Assist4Her ☺️ and I feel extremely blessed to have met and trained all of these rockstars. They are crushing it everyday and working to be the best they can‼️ Assist4Her wouldn’t be possible without these girls and their parents, without my family, and without @mb_courtside ❤️ thank you all for a great 2024, now we’re ready to work in 2025 💪
